Richard Nationa Security Fund Scam

Richard Lacroix, now going by Richard Williams for his latest scam, is really just a small time con man. Although him in Reiben , his lawyer, have damaged many people, they're really small potatoes. Lacroix is a full on alcoholic. Every one of his scams center around a bar where he finds vulnerable people and funds his drinking habit by nickel & dime-ing everyone. He usually finds a way to get housing and the rest of his expenses while going for the bigger take. He does get legitimate companies to unwittingly bolster his con.  I have Richards pic in one of my earlier posts.

Richard Williams is really Richard lacxroix. FBI Savannah , Ga knows all about this guy but the individual scam has to be big enough for them to take him down. I just received a news flash that Richard Lacroix, Richard Rieben gang is back at their scamming ways, now in Philly. They have been meeting at taverns like Franky Bradley's recruiting people for their scam. Still asking people to pay for their back round checks, still pretending that Lacroix, (Now Using the name Richard Williams) is a spy with the NSA/CIA-  still drinking like the alchoholic he is. Lacroix';s new alias is Richard Williams. His new email is : rwilliamsstar@gmail.com. According to the latest victim, Rieben still gets on the phone as his lawyer and makes it all look legit. The latest scam seems to do with a Global Geofencing LLC.  As usual, Lacroix is always on the latest technology trend for his scams.
