Richard Williams , Con Man is really Richard Lacroix- Scammer, conman, thief
Richard Lacroix, now going by Richard Williams for his latest scam, is really just a small time con man. Although him in Reiben , his lawyer, have damaged many people, they're really small potatoes.
Lacroix is a full on alcoholic. Every one of his scams center around a bar where he finds vulnerable people and funds his drinking habit by nickel & dime-ing everyone. He usually finds a way to get housing and the rest of his expenses while going for the bigger take. He does get legitimate companies to unwittingly bolster his con.
