RICHARD WILLIAMS (Richard Lacroix) IS SCAMMING IN PHIlLIDELPHIA


Richard Williams is really Richard lacxroix. FBI Savannah , Ga knows all about this guy but the individual scam has to be big enough for them to take him down.

I just received a news flash that Richard Lacroix, Richard Rieben gang is back at their scamming ways, now in Philly. They have been meeting at taverns like Franky Bradley's recruiting people for their scam. Still asking people to pay for their back round checks, still pretending that Lacroix, (Now Using the name Richard Williams) is a spy with the NSA/CIA-  still drinking like the alchoholic he is.

Lacroix';s new alias is Richard Williams. His new email is : rwilliamsstar@gmail.com. According to the latest victim, Rieben still gets on the phone as his lawyer and makes it all look legit.

The latest scam seems to do with a Global Geofencing LLC.  As usual, Lacroix is always on the latest technology trend for his scams. Company names such as Simpli.fi & SEPTA  (Philly Transportation Authority) are somehow wrapped up in the latest scam. Victims are also reporting Reiben using Longmont Capital Advisors, LLC in the deals. BEWARE!!!!

Beware people in Philly, Lacroix or Richard Williams is one of the better scammers you'll encounter.

    I stumbled upon this asshole at the Ashton, on Walnut st. He gave me some spiel about Septa, with an obviously fake business card. He was clearly a bullshitter, and I just gave him a hard time. He left such a bad taste in my mouth though that I decided to google the information he gave me. When I searched for the email he gave me, rwilliamsstar@gmail.com I found this blog. I had no idea I was drinking next to an internet legend.

    Came across him at the same bar about a year ago. All about his geofencing business. Swapped cards. Called me recently from Columbus trying to sell me Captive Insurance.
