Hey folks, Look like the asshole has resurfaced in NYC under the name Richard Kamen. His real name is Richard Lacroix. His latest version of his scam is the National Security Fund...all bogus. Here is how you will know him: 1. He's a drunk. He'll ask you to pay his bar tab at some point. 2. He always pretend to be a Government Hit man. Often say, he has done real bad things to bad people fore the US Government. Bullshit- he's a coward. 3. He usually gets some unsuspecting people to work for him...acting like personal drivers or body guards. They are always being conned to do the work.
